Justin Theroux is standing by his wife after she shared an op-ed in the Huffington Post about the objectification of women in Hollywood.

The actor shared a black and white photo of Jennifer Aniston on Instagram captioning it, "#wcw Here's just one reason why," including the link to her essay. "#gogirl," he added.

"For the record, I am not pregnant. What I am is fed up. I'm fed up with the sport-like scrutiny and body shaming that occurs daily under the guise of 'journalism,' the 'First Amendment' and 'celebrity news," Aniston wrote in the essay.

Many celebrities praised her writing and shared their support.

"Good for her! #JenniferAniston," Margaret Cho wrote on Twitter.

"AMEN!!!!!" added Anna Paquin.

"True words by Jennifer Aniston," tweeted Olivia Wilde.

"Kudos to Jennifer Aniston for speaking out about the constant public objectification and scrutiny of women. A woman's worth is determined by more than her dress size, her weight gain/loss or her post-baby body," Reese Witherspoon posted to Facebook

Aniston adds, "Here's where I come out on this topic: we are complete with or without a mate, with or without a child. We get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies. That decision is ours and ours alone. Let's make that decision for ourselves and for the young women in this world who look to us as examples. Let's make that decision consciously, outside of the tabloid noise. We don't need to be married or mothers to be complete. We get to determine our own 'happily ever after' for ourselves."
